CAN I UPDATE OR DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

You can update your personal details at any time from your account. If you can’t remember your password, please follow the “Forgot password” link.

Please note your account is linked to the Country/Region you signed up from. Before logging in, please verify that you are in the same Country/Region website.

If you would like to change the location you are registered in, or permanently delete your account, please contact us.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact FedEx directly at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and provide your tracking number.

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us and a Client Advisor will arrange to have your order held at a nearby FedEx location for pickup.

FedEx will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to modify any of the details. If you want to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible – it may be possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been procedded by the warehouse.

Once you have received your order, you can return one or more items for a full refund by following our Return Policy.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SPECIFY THE DELIVERY DATE AND TIME?

It is not possible to choose a specific date and time for delivery. The estimated delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose.

After the package has been dispatched, you can track it from the Follow Your Order page or from My Account if you placed the order while logged in.

Please make sure someone is present at the shipping address to receive the order, as the courier usually requests a signature for the delivery. The courier will leave a note with further instructions in case no-one was available at the address.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, don’t hesitate to contact us.

RETURN INFO

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN RETURN COMPANY?

You can ship your return free of charge using the pre-paid return label included in your order. If you want to use your own return method, you will be responsible for the cost of shipment and for insuring the package in case of loss.

Jeph Lan cannot be liable for any damage, theft or loss during transport, therefore we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS IN A SINGLE PARCEL?

Of course, you can combine all the items you want to return in a single box and use one pre-paid label.

Please make sure all items meet our return policy deadlines and are carefully packaged.

I FILLED IN THE RETURN FORM BUT I’VE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RETURN REQUEST?

We are glad you have decided to keep your purchase. You don’t have to notify us if you are not sending back one or more items listed in the Return Form, or if you decide not to return the order at all.

WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF THE REFUND?

Enter your Return Number in the Follow your Return page to see real-time updates, including if the items have been accepted and when the refund has been issued.

CAN I RETURN CUSTOMIZED ITEMS?

Please note that the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for customized items. Once the relative purchase order is sent to and accepted by Jeph Lan, the customization may no longer be changed, no returns and/or refunds are possible and the customized items cannot be exchanged or replaced.
